We are conveniently located next to US Highway 84, west of Abilene-Redbud Park & YMCA. The Wisteria Place Senior Living Campus offers a full continuum of care including Skilled Nursing and Post Acute Care, Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, Legacy Lane Memory Care, Assisted and Independent Senior Living Communities.
Our Skilled Nursing facility features 123 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
